At OMNIA-I, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our services.
2. Free Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial for all paid plans. During this period:
- You have full access to your selected plan features
- No charges are made to your payment method
- You may cancel at any time without any charges
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
- After the trial period, your subscription begins and charges apply
3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions:
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the charge date
- Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis
- Unused portion of the service will be refunded
- Refund requests after 7 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the initial charge
- Pro-rata refunds available for unused months
- A processing fee may apply to annual subscription refunds
- Refunds after 30 days are evaluated individually
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your OMNIA-I account
- Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation email
Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days for export
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Custom development or integration work
- Training or consulting services already delivered
- Third-party service fees (e.g., payment processing fees)
- Subscriptions terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
- Data migration services
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and business name
- Specify the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant transaction or invoice numbers
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and approved:
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation of approval or denial
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
8. Pro-Rata Refund Calculation
Pro-rata refunds are calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = (Total Paid / Subscription Days) × Unused DaysExample: If you paid 30 KWD for a monthly subscription (30 days) and cancel after 10 days:
(30 KWD / 30 days) × 20 unused days = 20 KWD refund9. Exceptions and Special Cases
We may grant exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Extended service outages caused by OMNIA-I
- Critical bugs preventing normal use of the platform
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized charges

10. Enterprise Plan Refunds
Enterprise plan refunds are governed by the terms specified in your custom service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for refund terms.
11. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly for refund requests rather than initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of service
- Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
- Potential legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
